SLIVINO FAMILY WINERY

Silvino Family Winery is an Ukrainian company located in the historic area of the Mykolaiv region that produces local organic wine (fermented by wild yeast, without impurities and preservatives). In Mykolaiv region, between 1900 and 1917 Anatoly Bredikhin founded one of the largest wine chateau in the region and then a group of enthusiasts found the remains of a chateau cellar near the village of Slivino. This story inspired the Molchanov family to establish a family winery and produce local organic wines. In 2016 the first harvest and the first wine happened.

Today Silvino Family Winery is an organic vineyard of 6 Hectares on the historic slopes of the Southern Bug River that makes quality Ukrainian wine, and it is among the best Ukrainian wines by UWINES AWARDS.

SliVino “Treasures of Bredikhin” Wine

Red dry from SliVino Village winery The grape variety is a classic French Cabernet Sauvignon. Fermentation on wild yeast without the use of preservatives. Aging in oak barrels of Ukrainian production for 9 months. Strength - 13.2%. The wine is dark ruby in colour. The aroma is expressed in blackberries, cherries, combined with the aroma of currant leaves, mint. The body is average. The taste is rounded with mild tannins.

SliVino Chardonnay Wine

Chardonnay from SliVino Village winery Chardonnay is a standard of white wines from Burgundy. The aroma of young wines shimmers with bright shades of flowers, spices, cloves, prunes, nuts, honey. High density, mild taste. Grapes: 100% Chardonnay

SliVino Pink Wine

Cabernet Sauvignon from SliVino Village winery Grape variety - Cabernet Sauvignon, made on white (without maceration). Fermentation in neutral containers on wild yeast without the use of preservatives. Exposure in neutral containers. Strength - 13.3%. This wine is made from red grapes, made by white wine technology. The aroma of young wines shimmers with bright shades of strawberries and summer berries. Light wine. The taste is juicy, refreshing with a soft texture. Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon
